The picture to the right gives you an example of the most complexity found in chenille lettering.  There are 2 felt colors, a detail line and the chenille itself.  You may also elect to have embroidery done on the chenille.  If you do that you will need to select an embroidery thread color.

Chenille letters come in a different sizes (6, 7 or 8 inches) as well as various colors and fonts. Chenille patches for are available for many activities and all have unique features and details.  The detail color may be the strings on a tennis raquet or the laces on some ballet slippers.  You can chose to make these deatils "pop" by having them done in a contrasting color, or have them blend by using the same color as the chenille itself.  It's up to you!

Custom chenille is a very popular and original way of adding that special touch to your varsity jacket. Custom chenille includes any custom design or layout sent to us by a customer. In turn we sew out the custom chenille based solely on the design you provide us. At VSA Custom Apparel we can create just about any chenille design you want. Anything you can draw we can produce!

1. Design your chenille or submit artwork to be digitized. (native Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator files preferred but a .jpg will work too)
2. Stock chenille requires no approval
3. Artwork approval is needed for custom chenille
4. Confirm the order as a whole
5. Wait to receive the completed order!

Standard chenille varsity letters and patches usually ship within 2-3 weeks, depending on the quantity of your order some production times may be up to 4 weeks. Custom chenille items will take an additional 1-2 weeks which includes the artwork approval process.  We require that you approve the new chenille design before the order is completed. Shipping is available world wide via USPS and UPS.
