Return Policy

Custom items are non-returnable, this includes plain jackets in custom colors, wool or acrylic sweaters in custom color combinations, decorated in stock jackets and sweaters, and all chenille patches.  Once an item is decorated it can not be returned.  To return in-stock styles please contact Customer Service at 888-854-4362 for a return authorization number.  VSA is not responsible for return merchandise shipping.  Returned in-stock goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Claims for damaged or defective goods must be made within 10 days of receipt.  If decorated jackets have been improperly decorated or personalized, our Customer Service department must be notified immediately so that appropriate corrective adjustments can be made.  Worn or altered garments are also not returnable.
